Your Mission

  • Taking responsibility: Build up and expand business relationships with customers headquarters with production sites in the FMCG segment at a strategic level; support our growth strategy within the FMCG segment; Develop the overall business case for bids and provide financial leadership, ensuring growth opportunities are successfully managed
  • Tackling tasks: Drive continuous commercial improvement and support negotiations; Manage the sales process for national and global inquiries and services in industrial services; establish and cultivate contacts with decision-makers at headquarters with the aim of winning major orders; manage the offer process nationwide and across divisions, from the RFI to the award process
  • Driving progress: Strategically expand awareness in the market segment in cooperation with the Global Communications department
  • Living cooperation: Organize and expand the global Leadec-internal cooperation in the market segment; contact person for the Leadec management and the divisional managements on strategic business development issues
  • Being analytical: Create portfolio analyses and business plans for the market segment

Your Profile

  • Experience with sales on large global bids
  • A commercially creative mindset and strong market knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Several years of experience in international sales of services requiring explanations, e.g., industrial services or engineering for the FMCG market segment of plant maintenance and IFM
  • Strong communication skills across different cultures and organizational levels
  • A good team player, with the ability to build and grow professional relationships with stakeholders across the global organization
  • Advanced office package skill-set
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken & preferably one more foreign language
  • Willingness to travel round 30 %
