Business Partner COO & IT Controlling (f/m/x)

Your Mission

  • Assume responsibility: Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process with all IT- and COO- , including all P&L and Capex budgets/forecasts and actively contribute to the transfer pricing strategy 
  • Tackle tasks: Calculate services to be charged monthly and yearly and coordinate internal allocations; monitor costs and report them on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Drive progress: Develop controlling tools and reporting as well as identify cost improvement potentials and optimize the global IT Controlling processes and guidelines in alignment with the global IT strategy 
  • Execute precisely: Cost controlling and project support for the top projects within IT
  • Close cooperation: With the tax department regarding transfer prices as well as with the IT Heads; with Group Controlling; with Legal Entities, IT and Controlling Departments

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable training; specialization/Master’s Degree in IT Controlling or equivalent desirable
  • Experience: Proven track record of IT-relevant planning and controlling processes and methods; experience in the area of “Software as a Service” including the calculation, billing and collection of IT transfer prices, related items and licenses management as well as IT project controlling
  • Know-how: Knowledge of current accounting, commercial and tax regulations, especially with regards to international transfer pricing, as well as good knowledge of the relevant Office, ERP and BI tools  
  • Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills; commitment and initiative
  • Working style: Holistic approach to one’s own tasks in the corporate context; service orientation as well as independent working style
  • Languages: Fluent German and English
