Junior Change Manager (f/m/d)

Your Mission

  • Assume responsibility: Support the global Head of Service Delivery Excellence with performing stakeholders’ analysis and change impacts assessment as well as implementing and permanently adjusting the Change Management Plan, including communication and training plans 
  • Tackle tasks: Design and execute communications including the preparation of all relevant presentations and communication templates
  • Drive progress: Planning and coordinating trainings, to ensure all users are properly prepared and trained as well as measuring progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness, including developing measuring tools
  • Close cooperation: Collaborating among diverse teams on an international scale in order to support people and organizations with adapting to change, new tools or new ways of working

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in business administration or comparable training
  • Experience: First experience in change management i.e. internships in connection with transformation and experience in planning and coordinating trainings or e-learnings
  • Know-how: Able to conduct stakeholder analysis and evaluate interests in change processes as well as organizational design, communication planning, health & safety and business readiness analysis
  • Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills; commitment and initiative
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; further language skills i.e. Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian or Czech beneficial
  • Commitment: Willingness to travel worldwide for projects
