1 Collection and use of personal data in the application process
Thank you for your interest in our company and your desire to become an employee of the Leadec Group. It is particularly important to Leadec to ensure the highest possible protection of your personal data. All personal data collected and processed as part of an application to Leadec is protected against unauthorized access and manipulation by technical and organizational measures.
Your data will only be collected and processed for the purpose of filling positions within the Leadec group of companies. The responsible party for data collection in this sense is - in the case of an application for a specific advertised position - the company named in each case whose address data you will find on the relevant advertisement.
The Leadec Group also has subsidiaries in countries where the European data protection law does not apply. If you apply for a position in these countries, we will make you aware that your data will be processed in these countries.
If you apply for a specific advertised position in the Leadec applicant management system, your data will be used by the responsible HR managers of the company advertising the position. Your applicant data will only be passed on to affiliated enterprises to the extent you have given your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an e-mail to the contact person named in the application.
If you take the initiative and register in the applicant management system, the data will be used in accordance with your skills by the relevant subsidiaries or the local HR managers. In any case, the purpose is the evaluation of your employment potential by the responsible persons at Leadec.
2 Deletion of data
As part of your application, we ensure that your data is automatically deleted from our systems once the purpose for which it was received no longer applies. In principle, routines have been created to ensure that data is deleted after the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies or after the underlying retention period has expired.
In the event of a negative decision, your applicant data will generally be deleted after 6 months.
If your profile is of general interest to us, we would be glad to include you in our applicant pool and then store the data beyond the 6-month period. In this case, we will ask you for your consent for the first time after the storage period of 6 months has expired and subsequently every 12 months and at the same time update your profile. As soon as we no longer have your consent, we will delete your data.
In order to protect your data from manipulation, loss or destruction, the Leadec group of companies, together with all affiliated enterprises, uses technical and organizational measures that are continuously improved in line with technical progress.
4 Your rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to request deletion or blocking of inadmissible data or correction of incorrect data. To do so, you can send an e-mail to the contact person named in the application.
5 Your written application
Your written application will be handled in the same way as an online application. Your original documents will be returned to you at the latest once we have filled the position.
