To strengthen our globally responsible Business Process Management team in our global holding company in Stuttgart, we are seeking for an immediate start a permanent

(Senior) Business Process Designer (m/f/x) Finance & Controlling

Your Mission

  • Take responsibility: Analyze, design, implement and monitor standardized and globally harmonized business processes for finance and controlling
  • Tackle tasks: Draw up the Functional Requirement Document for our Application Management to automate (sub-) processes; integrate the design solutions into existing end-to-end templates; prepare process analyses/assessments using Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) and Critical Influencing Factors (CIFs)
  • Conscientiously follow through: Record the functional process requirements for Record to Report (R2R) and Data to Value (D2V) in close collaboration with the process owners and process experts in the Finance and Controlling team; ensure consistent process documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 and DMN in our BPM suite
  • Drive progress: Assist with the implementation of our digitalization strategy

Your Profile:

  • Training and qualifications: Degree in business information systems
  • Experience: At least five years of professional experience
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of end-to-end processes in the fields Record to Report, Data to Value and common BPM suites such as Signavio or Camunda
  • Work ethic and personality: Good presentation and communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Deployment: Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad for specific projects
