To strengthen our Business Process Management team in our global holding company in Stuttgart, we are seeking for an immediate start a permanent

(Senior) Business Process Designer (m/f/x) Sales & Operations

Your Mission

  • Take responsibility: Analyze, design, implement and monitor standardized and globally harmonized business processes for sales and operations
  • Tackle tasks: Draw up the Functional Requirement Document for our Application Management to automate (sub-) processes; integrate the design solutions into existing end-to-end templates; prepare process analyses/assessments using Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) and Critical Influencing Factors (CIFs)
  • Conscientiously follow through: Record the functional process requirements for Market to Order (MTO) and Order to Cash (OTC) in close collaboration with the process owners and process experts in the Sales and Operations team; ensure consistent process documentation in accordance with BPMN 2.0 and DMN in our BPM suite
  • Drive progress: Assist with the implementation of our digitalization strategy

Your Profile:

  • Training and qualifications: Degree in business information systems
  • Experience: At least five years of professional experience
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of end-to-end processes in the fields Market to Order, Order to Cash and common BPM suites such as Signavio or Camunda
  • Work ethic and personality: Professional, results-oriented attitude, quality and customer-focused approach and credible conduct towards stakeholders at all hierarchical levels of an international organization; good presentation and communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Deployment: Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad for specific projects
