HR Specialist (m/f/x) Global People Development
permanent position, immediate start STU2005

Your Mission

  • Take an analytical approach: Analyze global and local learning and development needs and develop attractive customized programs
  • Take responsibility: Develop and expand the “Leadec Campus” as a learning brand (includes supporting regional roll-outs, application, training and further development of our global learning management software and coordinating the range of trainings on offer)
  • Tackle tasks: Design, implement, evaluate and develop target group-specific tools for international leadership and people development; design and implement digital (e.g. e-learning) and other innovative learning formats
  • Drive progress: Collaborate on performance and talent management projects
  • Develop collaboration: Help shape our global people development network linking global holding and regional companies
     

Your Profile:

  • Training and qualifications: Degree in psychology, business studies, education or similar; further qualifications in training/teaching methods or systemic consulting would be advantageous
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as well as sound technical and methodological skills in designing training and programs and/or personnel and talent development in an international environment
  • Expertise: Knowledge of trends in the learning and development field and experience in working with learning and talent software (ideally including e-learning)
  • Personal attributes: You’ll enjoy advising internal clients and managing external partners, including in an international context, and working with others to find the best solution.
  • Work style: High level of independence, good self-management and time management
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of English, German skills are helpful
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel occasionally
