For a permanent position with immediate start at our Head Office in Stuttgart we are seeking a

Content & Community Manager 

Job description:

  • Developing and implementing a content and community strategy for online channels
  • Developing topics for internal and external channels
  • Producing content and implementing various journalistic formats for different channels: Finding and telling stories in the Company
  • Fine-tuning the profile of the social media channels
  • Developing thematic campaigns tailored to various target groups (across regions)
  • Producing and tracking editorial schedules
  • Developing ideas for employee Engagement
  • Monitoring the various channels and campaigns and measuring their success, evaluating performance of contributions and ongoing adaptation
  • Consultation and coordination with colleagues in the regions worldwide and liaising with other corporate functions in Stuttgart


  • Master’s degree, journalism training/work experience advantageous
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B communication, international experience advantageous
  • Writing skills, passion for good copy (please include samples of copy along with your application documents)
  • Understanding of storytelling
  • Experience in social media channels
  • Experience of video communication and employee apps desirable
  • English at native speaker level, good German (Portuguese or Chinese advantageous)
  • Self-starter, dynamic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
