Project Manager Green Factory Solutions (m/w/d)

Your Mission

  • Inspire for sustainability: The role will operate along-side our sales and sustainability specialists and working across our divisions.
  • Taking responsibility: Lead strategic green factory solutions projects at customers along the entire project life cycle with full accountability for timely execution, fulfillment of quality standards and profitability.
  • Implement with precision: Drive light house projects within target customer organizations focused on delivering solutions within the domains of energy efficiency and conservation, renewable energy installations and waste management. Plan, execute and control these customer projects. Communicate precisely, binding and result-oriented with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving progress: Track project progress against agreed upon KPIs, milestones and service levels.
  • Living cooperation: Establish and coordinate project teams with agreed and aligned roles, responsibilities and objectives – typically across several Leadec departments and entities, often also including customer stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Education: Completed engineering studies or industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Experience: Professional experience in project management in the automotive environment and/or in the service industry with a focus on production or building maintenance or logistics desirable; experience in implementing energy efficiency solutions or renewable energy installations (photovoltaic, wind turbines) or waste management services
  • Skills: Intercultural communication skills and technical project management
  • Personality: Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting; enjoyment of challenging tasks
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Deployment: High national and international travel during project assignments
