Specialist Technical Training Green Factory (m/w/d)

Your Mission

  • Bring impulse: Design a technical learning environment in the Green Factory area for our operational employees worldwide as well as a train-the-trainer concept and ensure that the development concepts created are scalable worldwide
  • Inspire for sustainability: Develop and implement technical learning paths with focus on energy efficiency and conservation, renewable energy installations, photovoltaics and waste management
  • Taking responsibility: Conduct effective und technical learning programs and track their effectiveness and success
  • Implement with precision: Create instructional materials to be distributed during training, embrace and implement different styles of learning techniques and activities, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, learning on the job or coaching; Carry out practical and theoretical tests and, if necessary, certifications
  • Driving progress: Continually analyze skill gaps in operations to decarbonize and realize climate-neutral factories, enhance training modules to close gap
  • Living cooperation: Work closely with Operations Management, Global Sustainability, Human Resources and supervisors to identify training requirements and build relationships with 3rd party learning providers

Your Profile

  • Education: State-certified electrical technician or completed studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, environmental management or any related educational field
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a technical environment and in the field of sustainability, renewable energies, electricity and power grid
  • Skills: Ability to prepare and design training or re-training programs for different profiles including technical content for craftsmen and workers and ability to transmit knowledge
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus; Affinity for instructional methods and skill development
  • Personality: High affinity for sustainability; Strong customer orientation and Stakeholder management
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Deployment: Occasional national and international travel
